Agave spirits pulled me in long before I ever fired up a still. In Mexico, I worked alongside jimadores and studied the craft from the ground up. Back in Dallas, I co-founded the city’s first micro-distillery, creating spirits from scratch and learning the discipline of production. Between the fields, the stills, and the shelves, I’ve built my work around agave’s balance of hard work and wonder.

Carried El Tequileño into Texas retail — tastings, staff education, and shelf presence that let the tequila tell its own story.

Helped bring La Pulga Spirits to life —
new tequilas finding their way into bars, shelves, and conversations across Texas.
